The Food Security Network of Newfoundland and Labrador is thrilled to launch a new collection of short films called All Around the Table, which highlight traditional food skills and knowledge of seniors in Eastern Newfoundland.
Twelve amazing seniors from the Avalon Peninsula were interviewed to share their food stories, tips and traditions on camera. A launch event was held in Carbonear on May 3rd - more screening events will take place this spring.
A new video will be released every Wednesday, and the first 3 videos are ready to watch at the Root Cellars Rock Blog: http://rootcellarsrock.ca/all-around-the-table/
